1. Acceptance

By using WiseLIMS services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

WiseLIMS provides Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software services. Our services include web-based applications, mobile applications, and related support services.

3. Account Creation

You may need to create an account to use our services. You are responsible for the security of your account information. You must keep your password confidential and report any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you must comply with the following rules:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Respect the rights of others
Not misuse or damage the system
Not attempt unauthorized access
Not transmit malicious software or code

5. Intellectual Property

The WiseLIMS software and its contents are the intellectual property of our company. You do not have the right to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.

6. Data Ownership

The data you upload to the system belongs to you. You may export your data at any time. When your account is terminated, your data will be retained for a specified period and then deleted.

7. Payment Terms

Our current pricing policy applies to paid services. Payments are collected in advance, and our refund policy is specified separately.

8. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We do not accept liability for unexpected outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' prior notice. In the event of a violation of these terms, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
